Ed is from Kaatsheuvel, the Netherlands.He now owns a Heyme All In one 44cm DTF Printer with shaker, Roland Eco-solvent printer and runs his own Tajima embroidery machine business. Ed had to spend thousands of euros every month to buy DTF prints from other local suppliers because he didn't have a DTF printer.
Ed finally decided to get our Heyme All in one DTF printer with powder shaker On August 6, 2023 (It's a 44cm, A2, 17inches print width) During the machine delivery, Ed was very good at communication (By the way, He is always so free, positive and upward!! Everyone must love to be his friend!!)and every time he communicated with us, he told us that he spent thousands of euros to buy gang sheets. Hahahaha, we knew we should speed up the delivery! After Ed finished assembling the legs of the machine, we set up an engineer service team and immediately remotely controlled his computer to complete all the settings, and he was soooo happy for that! Everytime when Ed have any usage issues, he would share them in the group as soon as possible, and of course our engineers would quickly figure it out. We know this is our mission. and recently Ed tell our sales staff that Ed's next plan is a UV flatbed printer.... Our story with Ed is still going on,,,,,,,,
