One year. Every batch of consumables and every machine we ship leaves the factory with a fresh production date, and we ship large volumes of consumables to our US warehouse every month to keep stock moving. For best results, store all consumables at room temperature in a dry environment.
If I use your consumables, do you provide technical support?
Yes. Technical support is free for every customer who runs Heyme consumables. Our engineers help with ink settings, print parameters, transfer results, and everyday printing problems. We can also open a dedicated support group with our technical team, so you always have someone to turn to when a question comes up.
Can Heyme ink, hot melt powder, and transfer film be used with other brands of DTF printer? How do I switch to Heyme ink?
Yes. Our DTF transfer film and hot melt powder work with most DTF printers on the market. When you switch to Heyme ink, we set up a one-on-one engineer group on Facebook or WhatsApp and walk you through the ink replacement step by step - the whole process is simple and quick.
Does your ink use slow-settling patented technology? Do you provide professional ICC profiles?
Yes to both. In our white ink, every titanium dioxide particle is coated with a polymer layer that keeps the particles suspended and prevents them from settling for up to three months.
The printer adds white ink circulation, white ink stirring, and automatic cleaning. Together, these keep the printhead clean and greatly reduce the risk of clogging, so your printhead can reach its longest service life. We also provide professional ICC color profiles.
Is your DTF transfer film hot peel, cold peel, or instant peel? What sizes do you offer?
All three - hot peel, cold peel, and instant peel - in every standard width: 33 cm (13 in), 40 cm (16 in), 45 cm (17.7 in), 60 cm (24 in), and 65 cm (25 in). The standard roll length is 100 m (328 ft) per roll.
Is your DTF hot melt powder fine, medium, or coarse? What package sizes do you offer?
We offer fine, medium, and coarse powder, plus anti-sublimation powder and black powder. Packages come in 1 kg, 5 kg, 20 kg, and larger sizes.
We usually recommend medium powder. It balances adhesion and flexibility: it bonds strongly while keeping the transferred design soft and stretchy, which suits most fabrics and everyday DTF work.

How do I start a DTF apparel printing business?
Starting a DTF printing business is simple. The basic process is:
1. Design → Create or prepare your artwork on a computer.
2. Print → Print the design onto DTF transfer film using the DTF printer.
3. Powder → Apply hot-melt adhesive powder evenly to the printed film.

The plug can be customized to match the standard in your country, the voltage is typically 110V-220V.
How do I maintain my printer while on vacation?
Our machines are equipped with a white ink circulation system, white ink stirring, and automatic cleaning, and they are matched with high-quality consumables.
If you are away for 15 days to one month: for DTF, pour in moisturizing liquid and seal the printhead; for UV, simply seal the printhead.
If you are away for several months, our engineers will give you a professional maintenance plan - just follow our guide or the manual.
Does it include print software and support CADlink?
We provide the full software range, including Hoson, Flexi, Maintop, and CADlink, and the printer is compatible with CADlink. English is supported.
We usually recommend Hoson RIIN software: it is simple, user-friendly, and quick to learn, so you can get familiar with the basic operations and start printing fast.
Can I use Windows or Mac to control the printer?
Yes, both work. We recommend a Windows PC or laptop.
What’s the difference between printer sizes, and which is right for me?
• A3 (maximum print width 33 cm / 13 in): about 50-100 pieces per hour. Friendly for beginners and small businesses, and easy to operate.
• A2 (maximum print width 45 cm / 17 in): about 60-120 pieces per hour. Friendly for beginners and small businesses, and easy to operate.
• A1 (maximum print width 60 cm / 24 in): about 80-150 pieces per hour. Designed for higher-volume commercial production and larger printing jobs.

Do your DTF printers have white ink circulation, stirring, automatic cleaning, and ink alerts?
Yes. All four are standard on our DTF printers, and together they improve printing stability and make daily maintenance easier:

Which machine can print directly on objects and make UV DTF stickers?
