• Texture: After cooling, the adhesive layer should feel smooth and flexible, rather than loose or grainy.

• Transfer Result: After heat pressing, a properly cured transfer should have good adhesion, clear edges, and a complete transfer without powder residue around the design.

If the powder remains visibly granular or falls off easily, it may be under-cured. If it becomes excessively dark, over-melts, spreads outside the design, or causes an uneven surface, the temperature or curing time may be too high or too long.
